This is a recommended course where you can leisurely enjoy five varieties of domestic Kuroge Wagyu beef.Reservations are also accepted for single people.We offer everything from parboiled tripe with ponzu sauce, low-temperature cooked karubi tartare, and carefully selected tongue.We use carefully selected domestic A4 to A5 grade Japanese Black beef, which when grilled over binchotan charcoal brings out its sweetness even more.To finish off the meal, we will offer bibimbap and a bite-sized bowl of white pudding.This course is perfect for those who want to enjoy a wonderful time, and can also be used for entertaining or dates.
