This is a standard course where you can leisurely enjoy five types of carefully selected lean meat.Reservations are also accepted for single people.We offer our recommended dishes, including boiled tripe with ponzu sauce, raw omasum sashimi, and even carefully selected tongue.To finish off, we will offer bibimbap and bite-sized white pudding made by MOKU's pastry chef.This is a course that even beginners can enjoy at their own pace.
